Mycobacterium avium subspecies paratuberculosis (Map) is the etiological agent of Johne's disease in ruminants. Here, we report the draft genome sequences and annotations of 142 Map strains isolated from longitudinal study of naturally infected dairy cattle in France between 2014 and 2018.
